Bernie Leadon was born on 19 July, 1947, in Minnesota, U.S. His real name is Bernard Matthew Leadon III.
He was a multi-instrumentalist who used to play electric guitar, B-Bender, banjo, and harmony vocals.
Leadon was also a founding member of the rock band Eagles and played with the band from 1971 to 1975.
He was also a part of other country rock bands like Hearts & Flowers, Dillard & Clark, & the Flying Burrito Brothers.
His 1st solo album was "Natural Progressions." It was released in 1977 on the Asylum Records label.
Bernie Leadon released only two solo albums during his career. His 2nd solo album was Mirror (2004).
He was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 as a member of the Eagles.
