Tina Turner, Born on 26 November, 1939. Her birth name was Anna Mae Bullock. She is also referred as the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll."


During her teenage years, Tina also worked as a domestic worker to fulfil her family's daily needs.


She started her career in 1957 with Ike Turner.  She made her first record appearance in "Boxtop" (1958) as Little Ann.


She released her first duet single, "A Fool in Love," as Tina Turner in 1960. Her song reached No. 27 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.


 She won a Grammy award for her song "What's Love Got to Do with It."  This song was also her first & the only song which became no 1 in Billboard Hot 100.


 Turner is also one of the "best-selling recording artists of all time," with more than 100 million records sold globally.


 Tina was also the first woman & first black music artist to be featured on the cover of Rolling Stone.


In her career, Tina won a total of 12 Grammy Awards, including 3 Grammy Hall of Fame & 1 Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.


Rolling Stone also named Turner among the "100 Greatest Artists of All Time" and the "100 Greatest Singers of All Time."


In 1986, Turner released her autobiography "I, Tina: My Life Story," later in 1993, a film was also made about her autobiography.


Apart from her music career, Turner also worked in 16 movies. Her most successful movie is "What's Love Got to Do with It."
