Queen Elizabeth II was born on 21 April 1926, in London, England. Her real name was "Elizabeth Alexandra Mary."
Her father died, when she was 25. After her father's death Elizabeth became the Queen of 7 independent Commonwealth countries.
During the reign of Queen Elizabeth, more than 170 prime ministers of commonwealth realms served her.
After becoming queen, she became the head of 32 independent states, but at the time of her death, that number dropped to 15. These states are called commonwealth realms.
Queen Elizabeth II ruled Britain for 70 years and became the first queen to rule Britain for the longest time.
She also served in the army during WW2. During that time, she learned to drive and fix trucks and ambulances.
In 1976, Queen Elizabeth II sent her 1st E-mail. She uploaded her 1st Instagram post in 2019.
She joined Facebook in 2010 with a page called "The British Monarchy." However, she doesn't have any personal FB accounts.
During her 70-year reign, Queen Elizabeth II visited over 115 countries.
She died on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96. She was the 1st Queen of Britain to live for 96 years.
