Stevie Wonder was born on 13 May, 1950, in Michigan, U.S. His real name is Stevland Hardaway Morris.
Stevie became blind shortly after his birth due to retinopathy of prematurity, a condition that caused his retinas to detach.
He learned to play the drums at the age of three and the harmonica at the age of six. At the age of 10, he had also learned to play the piano.
