Michael Jackson’s real name is Michael Joseph Jackson. He was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, U.S. His father, Joseph Jackson, worked as a crane operator in America. His mother, Katherine Esther Jackson, worked part-time at Sears. His mother was very fond of music and she often used to sing songs to her children in her spare time.
